"What are you doing yoga for?"

I was a bit shocked when a friend asked me that. For me, it’s like someone asking why we are eating. But then of course I should have known better: don’t ever think that everyone else think the same way you think. She might not know yoga well enough, the same way as my not knowing enough well about make-up, lol.

Anyway, I do yoga to keep my good health, to move each limbs to the rhythm of the universe, to make me sweat. It’s beautiful and calming. It keeps you in touch with your inner-self. I think it helps me to be more focused when talking to Him.

Once I went to a gym where we moved like crazy to a very loud house music. I felt like my insides were being shaken up and I was going to lose my heart. It did make me sweat but it’s just different from yoga. So I did the treadmill instead.

Jogging and running is fine, too, but i prefer to do it on the beach or near a mountain, which means… well, I’m lazy :D So right now I’m glad I do the yoga dance. Care to join, anyone?

I would really love to gain one or two more kilos. It’s really difficult because I’m not a heavy eater. Even when I’m hungry, I only eat as enough as my stomach can take. I also eat rather slowly and I have fruits as my breakfast.

After thinking of these factors, I consider myself as an expert of being thin. LOL. Well, it’s also because many people ask me how I keep on being thin. They wonder whether I am on a diet, have a regular exercise, or just starve myself. Lol. I tell them back that I’m trying to get more fat here (feeling a bit hurt :( )

So, here is my tips for you who want to be thin (because these are the things I do):

1. Eat what you love, and do have various food, but add fresh vegetables and fruits every single day.

2. Don’t skip meals. I have fruits for breakfast, but it’s suitable for me. Some people might be starving or have problems with their stomach, then don’t do it.

3. Exercise regularly, get some sweat!

4. Drink lots of water in between. (Read: water. Yes… water, that colorless and odorless liquid :D )

5. Have fruits as your snack (for me, plus some chocolate :D ).

6. Have enough sleep. It’s a must for me :D

I hope it helps keeping our normal weight… and health. In the meantime, I’m going to eat more chocolate….
