The new year welcomed my country with sadness. Lots of accidents and natural disasters kept knocking on our door. Who’s to blame?

Once upon a time, Indonesia was a rich country with lots of natural resources and fertile soil.

Once upon a time, Indonesia was known as a country with friendly citizens, so devout and religious.

Once upon a time, we felt so blessed just by having a simple living.

Now we want so much of everything. Too much of everything but still not enough. We cheat, we steal, we rob.

I wonder if now the nature wants everything back.
